FOR THOSE CHOOSING THE SHORT-STAY OPTION:

FOR FULL- AND SHORT-STAY PARTICIPANTS:
COURSES/LECTURES: If you wish to teach a class or give a lecture, get your proposal in to Peter Klank at firstname.lastname@example.org by June 3, as teaching slots will be given on a first-come basis. Do not assume that your proposal has been received until you receive an acknowledgement. You’ll be notified if you’ll be giving a class or lecture, or not. Preference will be given to proposals from alums who didn’t teach last year, but please feel free to send in a proposal, in case there is room. Classes and lectures are 50 minutes: if you need more time, explain why in your proposal. If your description is longer than 60 words, please expect it to be edited.
Type your proposal/brief description on a separate sheet and attach to this form. Please specify if this is a course or lecture. List any preparation, reading, etc., necessary to take the class. You’ll be notified about how many copies of hand-outs to bring. Course descriptions will be sent out to all conference participants in advance. Please keep in mind that classes/lectures are 50 minutes long.
PANEL DISCUSSIONS: If you would like to organize and offer a panel discussion with a handful of your friends and colleagues, please arrange a topic, etc., with your co-leaders and provide us with a typed 60-word description and a complete list of panel leaders and email them to Peter Klank at email@example.com by June 3. Design your discussion for 50 minutes or explain in your proposal why you need more time. Please attach your
proposal; if your description is longer than 60 words, please expect it to be edited.
